ST, SM, SH Tillers

RHINO© ST, SM, and SH series of rotary tillers offer state-of-the art design and superior features for unparalleled quality and performance in horticultural, landscaping, agricultural, or commercial applications

The ST40, 47 and 55 feature a thru shaft in the gearbox allowing the tiller to be side-shifted for tilling outside the tractor tire, a valuable feature in landscaping and gardening applications. The gearbox and driveline remain in-line with the tractor PTO for reduced wear on the drive components. The rear deflector is adjustable for different degrees of finish performed on the tilled soil.
Every Rhino tiller features a heavy-duty, fully-shielded driveline for greater operator safety. The ST40, 47 and 55 feature shear bolt driveline protection and all other models feature slip clutch protection. All Rhino tillers feature a heavy-duty hitch and A-frame. Compared to the strap-type hitch on most competitive tillers, the design of the "stamped" Rhino hitch is superior in strength and rigidity for years of dependable use.
Replaceable, hardened knives are standard on every tiller from Servis-Rhino for long wear and easier maintenance. The ST series features four hardened knives per flange, and all other Rhino tillers are equipped with six knives for excellent tilling of the soil. Maximum tilling depths range from 6" to 8" depending on the model.
Every SM and SH Rhino tiller feature a heavy-duty gear rotor drive system for maximum reliability. A gear rotor drive system is a valuable feature indicating superior quality not found on most competitive heavier-duty models. The ST series features a chain drive rotor system. The gear and chains run in a fully-enclosed oil bath for constant lubrication and long service life. Adjustable skid shoes are standard on every Servis-Rhino tiller to help maintain the desired tilling depth.

ST Tillers

ST tillers are rated for 10 to 50 HP tractors and are ideal for hobby use, gardening, or general landscape applications. Available in five models ranging in widths of 40" up to 70", Rhino ST tillers are especially popular with gardeners and weekend farmers. The ST40, 47, and 55 feature a Cat 3 driveline with shear bolt protection and a fully-enclosed chain rotor drive system. The ST63 and ST70 are equipped with a Cat 3 driveline with slip clutch protection and a heavy-duty chain rotor drive system for maximum durability. The ST40, 47, and 55 can be side-shifted to the right, meaning the driveline remains in-line with the tractor PTO. Every ST features a stamped three-point hitch with double lower hitch lugs instead of bolt-on hitch pins for maximum strength. All ST tillers feature four hardened carbon steel knives per flange and a rotor speed of 240 RPM for long wear and thorough tilling.

SM81

The SM series is ideal in horticultural, agricultural, or commercial applications, especially for landscapers, rental yards, vineyards, vegetable farms, or nurseries. Available in three models from 61" to 81", each SM tiller is rated for 30 to 60 HP tractors.

Features include a reliable Cat 4 driveline with slip clutch protection and a gear rotor drive system running in an enclosed oil bath for constant lubrication and long service life. A heavy-duty CAT I-II three-point hitch, 3/16" hood, 1/4" end plates, and tubular steel frame are standard for maximum ruggedness. Six hardened "L" shape knives per flange and a rotor speed of 185 RPM are standard for more aggressive tilling.

SH90

The rugged SH series tillers are ideal for heavy-duty commercial contractor or agricultural uses including use on sod farms, vegetable farms, and vineyards. Built in 80" and 90" widths, Rhino SH tillers are available with a single or variable speed gearbox for optimum results in varying applications. SH tillers are rated for CAT III tractors from 40 to 70 HP and feature a heavy-duty Cat 4 driveline with slip clutch protection and massive gear rotor drive system running in an enclosed oil bath for dependability in extreme conditions. Six hardened carbon steel "L " shape knives per flange and rotor speeds ranging from 190 to 255 RPM are standard in the SH series tillers.
