Wet disc brakes - Responsive and smooth, our long-life wet disc brakes are immersed in oil and require only the slightest foot pressure to activate. Large capacity fuel tank - You'll spend more time working and less time refueling with our 9 gallon fuel tank(L2800/L3400) and 11.3 gallon fuel tank (L4400). ROPS - Rigid ROPS is standard equipment. Foldable ROPS is optionally available.

Live continuous-running PTO (Transmission driven PTO on L2800 gear-drive model) - For easier operation, the L2800/L3400 HST models and the L3400 gear-drive model come with a live, continuous-running, rear PTO--which continues to run even when the tractor is stopped. To protect the transmission, L2800/L3400 HST models also have an overrunning clutch on the PTO shaft. Moreover, a stationary PTO that enables you to use numerous implements, such as pumps, can be activated by simply flipping up the driver's seat.

Spacious semi-flat deck - To provide maximum comfort, the operator's platform has been redesigned. Compared to previous models, the platform space has been increased by a generous 12%. Its semi-flat design also makes getting on and off the L2800 and L3400 easier.

Spacious operator's platform - By setting the rear fenders further apart and emplying a full-flat deck design, the L4400 provides ample space for the driver. Its hanging-type pedals also increase space while offering effortless operation. Longer wheel base - By extending the wheel base by 106 inches and increasing the tractor's weight by 165 pounds over the previous L4300 model, the L4400 has maximized both power and stability.

Shuttle transmission for higher productivity - For easier front-loader operation, get a grip on the L4400's range shift - it has a forward/reverse mechanical shuttle shift in the low and reverse ranges.
Plus, the transmission offers 8 forward and 4 reverse speeds (8F/4R), enabling you to select the perfect speed for higher productivity.

User-friendly hydraulic independent PTO & 3-point hitch - This convenient feature lets you operate the hydraulic independent PTO without using a clutch. Operating its stationary PTO is as easy as flipping up the driver's seat. Other features include a flip-up-type PTO shield, top link holder, and telescopic stabilizers.

Quick access range shift lever - For quicker access and easier mounting/dismounting, the range shift lever has been repositioned. Enclosed muffler with low-exit exhaust - For a totally unobstructed view, which greatly enhances front-loader operation, the muffler is concealed under the hood, plus the exhaust is released from underneath. Conveniently located PTO lever - To further enhance access and entry/exit, the PTO lever is located on the right side of the operator's seat (HST model), or to the right side of the deck center cover (gear-drive model).
